Traditional Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Non-Alcoholic Red Wine 0.0 - Lussory Premium Red Tempranillo.
  • Lussory Brut (300 ml) *optional ingredient.
  • Fresh Peaches (2 units)
  • Oranges (2 units)
    • 1 orange for juicing.
    • 1 orange for slicing, with the peel.
  • Small Lemon (1 unit) for juicing. 
  • Apple (1 unit)
  • Cinnamon Stick (½)
  • Sugar (30 gr.) *optional ingredient
  • Ice cubes.
  1. Dissolve the sugar in 75 ml of hot water to create a simple syrup, which will aid its dissolution in the wine. (Set aside and let it cool.)
  2. In a container, combine the ussory Premium Red Tempranillo wine + the syrup + the juice of one orange. Stir well to mix.
  3. Peel the peaches and apple, and cut them into small squares to facilitate maceration. Cut the orange into segments or half slices. 
  4. Add all the pieces of fruit to the container with the wine.
  5. Add the lemon juice + the cinnamon stick.
  6. Let the mixture rest for a minimum of 2 hours for maceration. Preferably in the refrigerator.
  7. Before serving, add the Lussory brut wine.
  8. Serve the sangria in a transparent pitcher where a few ice cubes have been placed beforehand. Garnish with a strip of orange peel.

Normally, it is served in large glasses or goblets.

Watermelon and Cucumber Sangría

(Light and Refreshing)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Non-Alcoholic Sparkling White Wine 0.0 - Lussory Premium Sparkling.
  • Seedless Cucumber (1 unit).
  • Lemon (2 units).
    • 1 for juicing.
    • 1 for slicing, with the peel.
  • Watermelon (¼).
    • To make watermelon balls.
    • For juicing. 
  • Honey (1/4 cup) *optional ingredient.
  • Fresh Mint Leaves.
  1. Prepare the watermelon balls to use the leftover and transform it into juice (reserve).
  2. In a container, combine the lemon juice + watermelon juice + honey. Stir and incorporate the Lussory sparkling non-alcoholic white wine.
  3. Slice the cucumber and lemon into rounds, and add them to the wine container with the juices. Also, add the watermelon balls and a few mint leaves.
  4. Let the mixture rest for a minimum of 2 hours for maceration.
  5. At the time of serving, pour the sangria into a transparent pitcher with some ice cubes added beforehand.

     

    Serve in wide glasses or wine goblets and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Pomegranate Sangría

Ingredients

  •  Non-Alcoholic Sparkling White Wine - Lussory Premium Sparkling (500 ml).
  • Non-Alcoholic White Wine - Lussory Premium Chardonnay (500 ml).
  • Pomegranate (2 units).
    • 1 and a half units for juicing (approx. 250 ml).
    • Half a unit for seeding.
  • Oranges (2 units)
    • 1 unit for juicing (approx. 100 ml)
    • 1 unit for slicing, with the peel.
  • Fresh Mint Leaves.
  • Ice cubes.
  1. In a container, combine the Lussory Premium Sparkling non-alcoholic sparkling white wine + Lussory Premium Chardonnay non-alcoholic white wine + pomegranate juice + orange juice. Stir the mixture.
  2. Add the pomegranate seeds + sliced orange + a few mint leaves.
  3. Let the whole mixture rest for a minimum of 2 hours for maceration.
  4. At the time of serving, pour the sangria into a transparent pitcher with some ice cubes added beforehand.  

Serve in wide glasses or wine goblets and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Red Berries Sangría

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Non-Alcoholic Rosé Wine 0.0 - LUSSORY PREMIUM Rosé.
  • Strawberries (150 gr).
  • Blueberries (60 gr).
  • Raspberries (100 gr).
  • Cherries (100 gr).
  • Lemon (half).
  • Lime (half).
  • Oranges (3 units).
    • 2 units for juicing (approx. 200 ml).
    • 1 unit sliced, with the peel.
  • Brown sugar (1 tablespoon).
  • Cinnamon stick (1).
  • Lussory brut (250 ml) *optional ingredient.
  • Ice cubes.
  • Mint for garnish.
  1. Carefully wash the red berries and pat them dry with absorbent kitchen paper. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut each one in half.
  2. Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits. Cut a few raspberries and blueberries in half and leave the rest whole.
  3. In a container, combine the orange juice + red berries + LUSSORY PREMIUM Rosé wine. Gently stir the mixture as these fruits are delicate.
  4. Let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Add the sliced oranges + lemon + lime, along with the peel, + cinnamon stick + sugar.
  6. Let the mixture macerate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  7. At the time of serving, transfer the mixture to a transparent pitcher with some ice cubes and add the Lussory brut wine. Stir.

Serve in wide glasses or wine goblets and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Mango Sangría

Ingredients

  • One bottle of LUSSORY PREMIUM Airen White Wine.
  • Mangoes (2 units)
    • 1 unit for juicing fresh and strained mango (100 ml)
    • 1 unit (ripe but firm) diced.
  • Oranges (2 units)
    • 1 unit for juicing
    • 1 unit sliced, with the peel
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of Lussory brut 
  • Green grapes cut in half (1 cup)
  • Pineapple diced (1/2 cup).
  • Mint and red currants for garnish.
  • Ice cubes.
  1. In a container, combine LUSSORY PREMIUM Airen white wine + mango juice + orange juice + lemon juice. Stir the mixture.
  2. Add the diced mango and pineapple + sliced orange with the peel + halved grapes.
  3. Let the mixture macerate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  4. At the time of serving, transfer the mixture to a transparent pitcher with some ice cubes and add 1/2 cup of Lussory brut wine. Stir.

Serve in wide glasses or wine goblets and garnish with a sprig of mint and some red currants.

Passion Fruit Sangría

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of LUSSORY Chardonnay White Wine (750 ml).
  • 1 cup of fresh passion fruit juice (approximately 5-6 passion fruits).
    • (preparation: blend 1 cup of passion fruit pulp + 1/2 cup of water + 1/3 cup of sugar. Strain to remove some of the seeds and use a few for decorative effect in the drink)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of non-alcoholic rum extract for a more complex flavor (optional).
  • 1/4 cup of sugar.
  • 1 orange, sliced with the peel.
  • 1 lemon, sliced with the peel.
  • 1 apple, cut into pieces.
  • 1 cup of LUSSORY Brut wine.
  • Ice cubes
  1. In a large container, pour the LUSSORY Chardonnay white wine.
  2. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon (follow the process indicated above). Add the passion fruit juice to the container with the wine.
  3. Add the non-alcoholic rum extract and sugar to the container and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Add the slices of orange, lemon, and apple to the container. Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
  5. Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or preferably overnight) to promote maceration and blend the flavors.
  6. Just before serving, add the LUSSORY brut wine to the container and stir gently.
  7. Add ice cubes to each glass and serve the passion fruit sangria.

If desired, you can decorate each glass with an orange slice or a sprig of mint.
